Speakers Bureau Presents About Person Centered Planning

On September 17, 2019, Deanne Gagne and Tanja Blicker-Ucran did the Person Centered Planning Presentation for a local Self-Advocate Group: Advocates Connecting. There were 9 people attending the meeting and our presentation.

Deanne and Tanja talked about the Personal Profile and how it’s very helpful for the ISP or (Annual Meeting). For the personal profile, it is good to have the questions fill out BEFORE your Annual Meeting. The profile has questions such as: 

  • My Strengths…What people LIKE about me
  • Things I really like
  • Top 3 Things to Know About Me
  • How do I Communicate with people
  • What is Really Important to Me
  • My Personal Goals

There was great input and interaction with the people that attended this presentation.
