Rachel Rasnick, a local small business owner, artist, and RIDDC Self-Employment Project participant, taught at a recent RI CDC Meeting on April 3rd at the Warwick Public Library in the Idea Studio. The 11 participants enjoyed their time while being instructed by Rachel to create beautiful paintings of flowers.
