Speakers Bureau Presentation – “Let’s Talk About Money”

On Friday, August 30, 2019, Deanne Gagne and Tanja Blicker-Ucran did “Let’s Talk About Money” Presentation at Westbay Residential in Warwick, RI.

The participants that attended were very excited and enjoyed our presentation.

We explained why money is important, what a budget is, and Needs and Wants.

  • Needs – Things we MUST have in order to stay alive
  • Wants – Things we don’t really need BUT would like to have

A budget is a plan that helps you to keep track of how much you earn and spend each month.

We asked the people how they could make some extra money?  

  • mowing lawns
  • Sell things you have that you don’t want
  • Stop buying coffee everyday           

There were nine people that attended the presentation and were fully engaged.
