On Tuesday, June 25, 2019 , Steve Porcelli, Deanne Gagne and Tanja Blicker-Ucran did a “Human Rights” Presentation at Westbay Residential in Warwick, RI. We explained that EVERYONE has RIGHTS!! Tanja talked about our Constitutional Rights:
The Right to Vote in Elections.
The Right to Equal Protection under the law…to have a lawyer represent you.
The Right to have Freedom of Speech…to share your opinions and views.
The Right to Practice your Religious Beliefs.
The Right NOT to be abused or neglected.
These are some of the Rights that we talk about in our “Human Rights”Presentation. The presentation is also very interactive. Many of the people there shared some stories. We had a conversation about many of the Rights, but one conversation, in particular was about the R-word.
